The quran miracles

This is a true story that I personally heard from Dr.Zagloul Al-Nagar, He says” One year I met a young Muslim man during the Hajj, he was accompanied by his young child who has already learned the Holy Quran entirely by heart. I asked him why he reverted to Islam.

“It is music that stands behind my embracing Islam”. He says.

I thought he was joking so I asked” Are you serious? then how?”

The Youngman seriously answered saying “yes, I am serious. I was studying music and at that time I was keen on knowing the origin of the classic music, I was told that it was Beethoven and many others, this was not a convincing answer, so I started searching for myself, eventually I discovered that the source of the classical music is terza rima , a kind of music that was played in what is known as Spain ,where Moslems lived. This kind of music was played to glorify the name of Allaah( God) and to praise the attributes of the prophet, I admired his attributes so much that were so great and noble even with is enemies. I decided to study more and more so I moved where I could study so attentively , I was so fortunate when I found a Moslem family living in the same street and they invited me to stay with them and I found warm welcome there. I used to watch them doing the daily prayer and reciting the Holy Quran. I felt a certain kind of ecstasy that filled my soul and tranquility that I have never experienced before when listening to music… The music emitting from the wording and phrasing of Quran stem from something that no literary men could identify , it is internal music . I had a very accurate ear that understands and feels music so much , when I heard the Holy Quran , I never found what can be a musical error.

It happened that I was invited to a music conference in Morocco , it was then that the prayer call echoed through the microphone, all people left me and went to pray. I was near the Mosque , I could hear the imam reading the Holy Quran which penetrated my heart, filled me with untold ecstasy, I started to sob ,cry, my eyes were shedding tears, I did not know why I cry.

On finishing the prayer, my Muslim friends came to me .

When they looked at my face they thought that some bad news reached me from Spain but I said nothing bad reached me. I didn’t know why I cry .When I came back to Spain , I embraced Islam. The Saudi ambassador invited me to do the Hajj. In Saudi Arabia ,he took me to king Khalid, who asked me about the best of my wish.

“My wish is to learn Islam here to teach people in Spain “,I said.

So I stayed there for nine years studying Islam till I got my MA in Islamic teachings and my wife did the same too.

When I returned to Spain, I established a school in which 1200 children are studying. later and after many years I met him again, now his child has grown up and he, too, teaches Islam in the same school.

I present this story to those who loves music and I whisper in their ears” reading God’s word with meditation and listening to it attentively is a great blessing and a great joy that no other music can give…Don’t miss this chance…Singing and music can’t be in harmony with God’s word in the human heart, The preference of God’s word over the other’s word is the same as God’s preference over his creatures.

Surrounded by the fascinating world of wealth and fame, Cat Stevens started his life. He lived an affluent childhood with his Christian parents and Christianity was the only religion he was taught from the early beginning of his life.

As a Christian, Cat believed in the presence of God, but he was taught that there is no way to contact Him directly. It is only through Jesus (the Christ) that one can have and maintain such a link.

Cat, really, confesses that he was not completely convinced that this is the right belief, but he had to respect his father's teachings!

Moreover, he had doubts regarding the idea of trinity and it worried him a lot, but, he used to keep silent and did not argue. He believed partially in these ideas though his mind rejected them completely!

Bit by bit, he started to go away from his religious beliefs and directed all his attention to the world of music. He wanted to become a famous pop singer who possesses a huge wealth and devoted his life to achieve this aim. His new orientation, indeed, was part of a general one that spread widely in England and in Europe as a whole, where people sought their materialistic needs and ignored the spiritual aspects of this life. Also, viewing his uncle as his role model, with his huge wealth, encouraged him to go on this way to be as rich as he was.

He started to follow the world famous pop singers to know everything about their lives, learn how they achieved what he dreamt of and considered the best thing in life and accordingly attempt to be a copy of them and probably a more successful one.

Cat, amazingly, achieved this in a very short time. He introduced a lot of successful songs and started to have his own fans. He became the target of media coverage and mass media focused on his news so that it became familiar to see him, personally or through his photos, every now and then.

They made a legendary pop singer out of him through this intensified coverage and propaganda. Cat recalls that in spite of all of this, still, he had a humane sense inside him, as he felt sympathy towards the poor and tended to help them.

But, as a normal human being he was greedy and wanted to possess more and pay less! Also, as a normal human being he did not fulfill all his promises and thus usually he ignored the humane sense just mentioned above and went on his way to collect more money and achieve more success without thinking about anyone except himself!

To overcome the barriers of time and the limited humane capabilities, he used drugs and wine as a source of acquiring extraordinary power.

He indulged in the world of music and drugs and life went on with no change until he fell ill with tuberculosis and was taken to hospital.

There, Cat started a new phase in his life. He admits that it was the first time that he thought about the purpose of life. He wondered why he was stuck to bed like that and started to ask himself whether he was just a “body” and all what he should do in life is to gratify the desires of that body and make it as happy as possible...

Many questions aroused in his mind and he thought a lot about death. Thus, he got interested in the beliefs of south Asia as they gave him the spiritual dose he needed much at that time. Accordingly, his life style changed a lot. He spent a lot of time in meditation and became vegetarian in order to achieve spiritual highness and internal purity. The best thing that he acquired in this stage was, from Cat’s point of view, that he started behaving on a new basis and according to a deep belief that man is not a mere body. Man has a strong determination that should drive this body to the direction that he wants and not the opposite. He should not be driven by his body, its desires and needs.

In this stage, Cat got bored with Christianity. After his recovery, he introduced new songs which reflected his new orientation.

One of these songs was called “I wish”:

I wish I knew, I wish I knew

what makes me, me, and what makes you, you.

It's just another point of view, ooo.

A state of mind I'm going through, yes.

So what I see is never true, .

I wish I could tell, I wish I could tell

what makes a heaven what makes a hell.

And do I get to ring my bell, ooo.

Or land up in some dusty cell, no.

While others reach the big hotel, yeah.

I wish I had, I wish I had

the secret of good, and the secret of bad.

Why does this question drive me mad? Ahhh.

'Cause I was taught when but a lad, yes,

That bad was good and good was bad, ahhh.

I wish I knew the mystery of

that thing called hate, and that thing called love.

What makes the in-between so rough? ahhh.

Why is it always push and shove? ahhh

I guess I just don't know enough, yes.

Cat believed that Buddhism is so noble, but still, he liked his glittering life and was not ready to abandon his career and devote all his time to worship and meditation. Buddhism requires total isolation and would not suit the fame of a pop singer.....

Cat became more famous and successful than before and this caused him much trouble as he sought the truth and being in the spot light hindered his efforts to find it.

That was why Cat preferred not to embrace Buddhism and converted his attention at that time to horoscopes and numbers and other ideologies that never convinced him.

But fortunately, his brother traveled to Jerusalem where he was so impressed by Al-Aqsa mosque which was all the time crowded.

He found it different from churches and temples which are most of the time empty!! From Jerusalem, Cat’s brother brought him “Al-Aqsa” version of the Holy Quran. Although Cat’s brother did not embrace Islam, he felt that the Quran is unique and different and expected that it would help his brother find the truth he had been searching for since a long time.

Cat read the Quran and through its verses came to know the answers to all his perplexing questions. He knew a lot about Allah and why he created us. He realized that man is body and soul and that he can not ignore the needs of any of them. He found a practical religion that suits his life and does not order him to abandon people and live in isolated caves to become a devoted person! He knew that Islam means complete submission to Allah and His will. It means that there is no god but Allah and no mediators, only a direct life-long relation that one maintains with Allah and puts on the top of his priorities. He realized that Allah sent all His messengers for the same mission and with the same teachings of worshipping Him and abiding with His orders.

They were sent to guide human beings to the right path, but those who benefited from corruption fought against those honest messengers and their call. Moreover, these enemies distorted the previous holy books and turned the teachings upside down to cope with their interests. Allah sent Prophet Muhammad, peace be upon him, to reveal the truth that had been deliberately hidden all that time and purify the true religion once again. Cat found that the Quran encourages man to look around him and think, to learn about the sun, the moon and all other natural phenomena. As this will help him believe in the presence of Allah and His incomparable might.

To sum up, Cat found the truth he had been seeking and felt as if the Quran had been sent especially for his sake!! At first, he did not reveal his new feelings, but deep inside him he became a Muslim person.

A year and a half after that incident, Cat wanted to announce his decision to embrace Islam. He met a Muslim woman who advised him to go to “new regent” mosque and there Cat met the (Imam) and uttered the testimony in front of him. Cat Stevens converted to “Yusuf Islam”, the new name he chose for himself after embracing Islam. He asserts that his decision was a direct result of studying Quran and that no body affected him. He wanted to have a direct relation with God and he did not find this in any other religion. He wanted a perfect belief and Islam is the only perfect religion. He says that if human beings abided by Islam’s orders and followed its teachings the whole world would change and would enjoy a better life. Now, Yusuf’s efforts are all for Allah’s sake and the call for His religion.Now, he has really found the best thing in life

Islam , the fast growing religion in the world , is undoubtedly the most authenticated religion  . It is suitable to every age , place and even to the human nature . Islam is the religion of Science and that is why renowned scientists embrace Islam . Most of the scientific facts that are discovered in this age are found in The Holy Quran and Hadiths , this is to strengthen the belief in God in the hearts of Moslems and to take non-Moslems to the true path of God . One might wonder why the slaves and the poor choose Islam in the time of Prophet Mohummed despite the torture they received at the hands of their master …what is in Islam that attracted them ?!!! what made the early Moslem leave their homes and property and fled to Medina where prophet Mohummed lived ?!!

And now what is in Islam that attracts not only the poor but also the highly qualified scientists ?!! In their comment you can find the truth.....

Professor Keith Moore, one of the world’s prominent scientists of anatomy and  embryology.  University of Toronto, Canada It has been a great pleasure for me to help clarify statements in the Qur’aan  about human development. It is clear to me that these statements must have come to Muhammad from God, or 'Allah', because almost all of this knowledge was not discovered until many centuries later. This proves to me that Muhammad must have been a messenger of Allah.

Professor William W. Hay is one of the best known marine scientists in the United  States. satellite photography and  emote-sensing techniques. Professor Hay replied: I find it very interesting that this sort of information is in the ancient  scripture of the Holy Qur’aan, and I have no way of knowing where they would come from, but I think it is extremely interesting that they are there and that this work is going on to discover it, the meaning of some of the passages. Professor Hay: Well, I would think it must be the divine being!

Professor Yushudi Kusan: Director of the Tokyo Observatory,  I can say, I am very mush impressed by finding true astronomical facts in the Qur’aan.

Professor Alfred Kroner who is one of the world’s most famous geologists "Thinking about many of these questions and thinking where Muhammad came from, he was after all a bedouin. I think it is almost impossible that he could have known about things like the common origin of the universe, because scientists have only found out within the last few years with very complicated and advanced  technological methods that this is the case.

Dr. T.V.N. Persaud is a Professor of Anatomy and Head of the Department of Anatomy, and a professor of Pediatrics and Child Health, University of Manitoba, Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada.   He is the author or editor of 25 books, and has published over 181 scientific papers. In 1991, he received the most distinguished award presented in the field of anatomy in Canada. "It seems to me that Muhammad was a very ordinary man. He could not read or write. In fact, he was illiterate. We are talking about 1400 years ago. You have someone who was illiterate making profound pronouncement and statements and are amazingly accurate  about scientific nature. I personally cannot see how this could be mere chance. There are too many accuracy’s and, like Dr. Moore, I have no difficulty in my mind in concerning that this is a divine inspiration or revelation which led him to these statements."

Joe Leigh Simpson , Professor of Obstetrics and  Gynecology at the North Western University in Chicagoin the United States of America. Professor Simpson said: It follows, I think, that not only is there no conflict between genetics and religion, but in fact religion can guide science by adding revelation to some traditional scientific approaches. That there exists statements in the Qur’aan shown by science to be valid, which supports knowledge in the Qur’aan having been derived from Allah.

Professor Palmer a scientist from the U.S. We need research into the history of early Middle Eastern oral traditions to know whether in  fact such historical events have been reported. If there is no such record, it strengthens the belief that Allah transmitted through Muhammad bits of his knowledge that we have only discovered for ourselves in recent times. We look forward to a continuing dialogue on the topic of science in the Qur’aan in the context of geology. Thank you very much.

Professor Tagata Tagasone, formerly Head of the Department of Anatomy and Embryology at the University of Shiang Mai in Thailand . He is now the Dean of the College of the Medicine at the University.    From my studies and from what I have learned throughout this conference, I believe that everything that has been recorded in the Qur’aan 1400 years ago must be the truth, that can be proved by the scientific means. Since the Prophet Muhammad could neither read nor write, Muhammad must be a messenger who relayed this truth which was revealed to him as an enlightenment by the One Who is an eligible Creator. This Creator must be Allah, or Allah. Therefore, I think this is the time to say ‘Laa ilaaha illallah’, that there is no Allah to worship except Allah, ‘Muhammad Rasool  Allah’, Muhammad is messenger of Allah...

Professor Armstrong, Scientist works at NASA, I am impressed that how remarkably some of the ancient writings seem to correspond  to modern and recent Astronomy. There may well have to be something beyond what we understand as ordinary human experience to account for the writings that we have seen.

Professor Dorja Rao, It is difficult to imagine that this type of knowledge was existing at that time, around 1400 years back. May be some of the things they have simple idea about, but do describe those things in great detail is very difficult. So, this is definitely not a simple human knowledge.

These include Mike Tyson, the former world champion boxer; Chris Eubank, the British middleweight boxing champion, who has changed his name to Hamdan; and Cat Stevens, the pop musician, who calls himself Yousef Islam.... He obtained a diploma from the Evangelical Theological College in Cairo in 1948, then a master degree in philosophy and theology from Princeton University in 1952.

Then he returned to Egypt where he was assigned to be a pastor in the Evangelical Church and a professor of theology and beliefs in the college of theology in Assiut, southern Egypt , till the year 1953.

Then he was promoted to be a general secretary of the German-Swiss consignment in the city of Aswan and an evangelizer for Muslims who live between Assiut and Aswan till the year 1955.

Ibrahim khalil Ahmad talks about the story of his conversion to Islam and says: “one evening in 1955, I heard the Quran through the radio and listened to the Quranic verses:

“Say (O Muhammad): "It has been revealed to me that a group of jinn listened (to this Quran). They said: ‘Verily, we have heard a wonderful Recitation (this Quran).

It guides to the Right Path, and we have believed therein, and we shall never join (in worship) anything with our Lord.” (Al-jinn 1-2).

These two verses were a sacred flame that enlightened my mind and heart and inspired them to search for the truth.

In this evening I kept reading the Quran until sunrise, as if the Quranic verses were a glittering light and as if I were surrounded with light. Then I read the Quran for a second, third and fourth time until I found the Quranic verse:

“Those who follow the Messenger, the Prophet who can neither read nor write whom they find written with them in the (Torah) and the (Gospel), - he commands them for Al-Ma‘rûf (i.e. all that Islam has ordained); and forbids them from Al-Munkar (i.e. all that Islam has forbidden); he allows them as lawful At-Tayyibât (i.e. all good and lawful things), and prohibits them as unlawful Al-Khabâ’ith (i.e. all evil and unlawful things), he releases them from their heavy burdens and from the fetters (bindings) that were upon them. So those who believe in him, honour him, help him, and follow the light which has been sent down with him, it is they who will be successful.” (Al-a’araf 157).

From this verse, I decided to do a free study of the Bible and in order to have enough time to do it and free the suspicions I had in my mind towards the Bible and to be honest with myself, I decided to resign and leave my work as a priest and as a general secretary of the American and German consignments in Aswan.

When I carried out my decision and started to feel the light of right brightening in my heart, a group of doctors from the same church, which I used to serve and be served by and take care of hundreds of its adherents   just a few days ago , conspired against me claiming that I was mad ! I kept steady and patient, having all trust in God (Allah) and traveled to Cairo , where I worked in (standard stationary) for desktop & geometric tools. During my work in this company, the director, who was Christian, asked me to print part A’mma (part 30) of the Holy Quran as a commercial task. I promised to accomplish this work. He thought I was Muslim and I thanked God he did not discover my Christianity. For me, this assignment was an Islamic study, free from diplomacy, until God opened my heart to Islam and I found it necessary to resign as a first step to announce my conversion to Islam. Actually, I resigned in 1959 and established a private commercial bureau in my specialization (desktop & geometric tools). Thank God I succeeded in my new work.

When things became stable and when   I felt the honesty of my conversion from atheism to monotheism and when   I was able to understand my new religion and when it dominated me, I sent a telegraph to the American consignment ,which I worked for in Heliopolis informing it that I believed in Allah The One  and in Muhammad (may Allah send His peace and blessings on him )  as His prophet and messenger .Then I proposed a request to the governorate to carry out the procedures of my conversion to Islam and my name was changed from “Ibrahim Khalil Phillips” to “Ibrahim Khalil Ahmad”.The decision also included changing my children’s names as follows: Ishaak  to Osama, Samuel to gamal and Magda to Nagwa. Then the sheikh says: “my wife left me immediately after she denounced my and my children’s conversion to Islam and announcement of monotheism. Also, the foreign houses that dealt in desktop tools decided not to deal with me because they all belonged to Egyptian and foreign Christians, therefore I closed my commercial bureau and worked as a clerk in a company for 15 pounds per month, while my salary, before, used to be not less than 80 pounds per month!   

During this period , I studied the prophet’s biography (al-sera al-nabawiyya) and its study was a mercy and condolence to me, as the consignment declared war against me with all its spreading influence allover Egypt and I was fired from that humble job, the American clients were able to turn the director of the company against me and he dismissed   me from work . I stayed after this without work for three months, till I was appointed in the supreme council for Islamic affairs after I gave a lecture entitled “why have I converted to Islam?”

Then Ibrahim Khalil Ahmad laughs with much sorrow and much more irony and says:

My new work gave me the chance to serve my new religion and to defend it and reveal the atheism, polytheism   and misleading that lie in my previous religion and I gave tens of scientific lectures, supported by religious and academic evidence, in comparative religions. I toured the mosques in Alexandria, Al-mahalla, Assiut, Aswan and other Egyptian governorates and cities, trying to get my sins expiated and continuing all day and night to call in the cause of God, until the church was shaken as a result   because of these lectures after knowing that a lot of Christian youth converted to Islam with complete conviction.

The church, immediately, enticed   the responsible bodies against me even that the ministry of Awqaf and the interior ministry asked me to stop giving lectures or I would be subjected to the application of the law of “national unity”, accusing me of causing riots and arousing sedition.

He stops talking sadly, then he says:

This forced me to decide to immigrate to the kingdom of Saudi Arabia , where I put all my expertise in the service of the faculty of call and fundamentals of Islam there.

Then he comes back   to the reasons, he stated before, for his conversion to Islam explaining them and saying:

Belief must stem from the heart first; in fact, believing in Islam stepped to my heart over long periods, in which I read the Holy Quran and the history of the prophet, May Allah send His peace and blessings upon him, trying to find even one evidence capable of convincing me that Muhammad, that simple, poor and illiterate man could cause alone this revolution that changed the history of the world and is still changing it.

The system of monotheism in Islam stopped me a lot, being the most distinguishing characteristic of Islam:

“ There is nothing like Him ” (Al-shura 11), “ He is Allah, the One * Allah the Self -Sufficient Master, Whom all creatures need” ( Al-ikhlas 1-2).

And the sheikh raises his head, pondering in the sky, and says:

Yes, monotheism makes me a servant only to God and not to any human being, monotheism here librates man and makes him uncontrolled by any human being and this is the real freedom as being a servant should be   only for Allah. The system of forgiveness in Islam is so great, as the principal rule of belief is based on the direct contact between the servant and God. Man in Islam repents only to Allah; there are no mediators, no instruments of atonement and no holy recognition because the relationship between man and his God is direct.

He ends his talk, with his tears rolling down, saying:

“I felt a deep psychological comfort while I was reading the Holy Quran and I was stopped by the Holy verse:

“ Had We sent down this Quran on a mountain, you would surely have seen it humbling itself and rent asunder by the fear of Allah. Such are the parables which We put forward to mankind that they may reflect.” (Al-hashr 21).

“ Verily, you will find the strongest among men in enmity to the believers (Muslims) the Jews and those who are atheists and you will find the nearest in love to the believers (Muslims) those who say: "We are Christians." That is because amongst them are priests and monks, and they are not proud.* And when they (who call themselves Christians) listen to what has been sent down to the Messenger (Muhammad, peace be upon him), you see their eyes overflowing with tears because of the truth they have recognised. They say: "Our Lord! We believe; so write us down among the witnesses.” (Al-ma’idah 82-83 ).

Because of all of this I took the decision to announce my conversion to Islam. Also, I have to call for Islam after I was one of its strongest enemies, as I studied Islam, in the beginning, just to know how to challenge and fight it! But, this had a reverse result, my position began to shake and I felt an internal conflict between me and myself. I discovered that all what I used to say to people and evangelize them according to, is false (fake), lie and fantasy.

Awitness to the Church persecution

His name : Priest Isaac Helal Masseha.

His job : the pastor of  an important church, and the honorary head of the Egyptian Spirits Salvation Associations in Africa and West Asia . He was born on 3/5/1953 , in Almenia , in The Arab Republic of Egypt.

I was born in Albiadeah village the centre   of Malawi in Almenia province, of an Orthodox Chrictian parents who grew us up with the hatred of Islam and Muslims.

When I started studying the prophets’life, an intellectual conflict began inside me, my questions evoked a lot of problems among the students the thing that made the Pope “Shnodah” ( who succeeded the Pope (Kerbes) after his death ) issued a decision to appoint me as a priest two years before   the time of my actual   appointment   - in order to tempt me and keep me silent for they felt my supporting to Islam going on – Though I , according to the church law, was to be appointed nine years after my study to theology ,then, I was appointed as a head chief of the “Christian Church” in Suhaaj and the honorary head chief of the Egyptian Spirits Salvation Associations (a very strong Christianizing   association and it has basis in many Arab countries especially in the Gulf States) ,  the Pope showered   me   with a lot of money in order to not discuss these ideas again. Nevertheless, I was keen to know the fact of Islam and the Islamic light that illuminated my heart did not extinguish   by my happiness   about   my new position rather it grew. My relation with Muslims started in secret and I began to study and read about Islam.   

And I was asked to prepare my Master   Degree on “comparative religions”   ; my study was supervised by the bishop of the scientific research in 1975. I spent four years in preparing it , the supervisor used to   object to  its content   , the veracity   of   Messenger Muhammad prophethood   (PBUH) , his illiteracy   and the   glad tidings concerning Mohummed .   Finally the master’s degree was discussed in the Evangelical Church in Cairo and it took nine hours concentrating on the prophethood question   and the prophet Muhammad (PBUH)

In spite the Bible verses were outright and denoting that he is a true prophet and that he would be the last seal final prophet . Unfortunately , my study was nullified   . I pondered   about   Islam deeply in order to espouse confidently , but I could not have Islamic books because the Pope was watching me   along with   my private books keenly .

My guidance’s story :

On 6/8/1978 I was going to celebrate the anniversary  the birth of the Virgin Mary   in Alexandria ( Egypt ) . I boarded the train at 3:10  after the train had arrived at my destination at about 9:30, I boarded the coach from Alatabah station to Abassia. While I was on the coach in my church clothes wearing a cross weighing about a quarter kilo of pure gold and my and holding my   stick, a boy about eleven years old went on   to sell   some booklets,   he distributed them over all passengers except me, an obsession thrilled in my being   “why all the passengers except me” , I waited him until he had finished distributing and collecting money , and after selling some and collecting the rest, I asked him “my son, why did you give the all the passengers except me?”. He said : “no ,you are a priest. Here I felt that I am not worthy carrying these booklets in spite of its small size “none can touch them   but the purified” . I urged him to sell me some of them but he said “no; these are Islamic books” and he got out. By his getting out the coach I felt as if I am hungry and inside these books were my satisfaction and as I am thirsty and inside them were my   quenching drink . I followed the boy but he ran out of fear and I forgot who I am and ran after him till I had two booklets. When I arrived to the great church in Al-Abassiah (Mark Cathedral) , I entered the bed room of the officially invitees. I was exhausted because of the travelling, but when I was opening one of the two booklts which is “Amma   Part in the Holy Quran ” I noticed “Al-Ekhlass (Fidelity) Chapter ”   that awakened my mind and shook my entity. I repeated it untill I memorized it. When I read it, I had the feeling of peace of mind, heart security and spiritual happeniss. While I was sitting, one of the priests entered and called me : “our father Issac”, I shouted unconsciously “ Say .He is Allah the one”. Which is the first part of this chapter.
At the holy confession:

After that I went to Alexandria in order to celebrate the week of the   birth of Virgin Mary on Sunday and   during the usual Mass prayer, something happened ,   in the rest period   I went to the holy confession to listen to the confession   of the ignorant people who believe that the priest can forgive sins.

  A regretful woman came and said : “I commited a sin three times and I am here now in front of your holiness admitted you hopping to forgive me and I promise you to never comitt it again”. It is known that the priest raises the cross in the front of the confessor’s face and forgives his sins. When I was raising the cross I remembered the beautiful Qura’nic verse (He is Allah the One) so, I could not speak , wept heavily and said: “she came and asks me forgiveness but who would forgive me at the punishment and doomsday”.

Thus, I recognised that there is a Great ( Meaning God) ,who is the Greatest of all , one God with no partners. I went immediately to the bishop and said : “who would forgive my sins ”,   he answered saying the pope " who would forgive the sins of the pope ?" I replied   . His body was trembled and he stood shouting : “you are a crazy Pope and who appointed you is crazy too even if he were the Pope because we advised him     not to   appointed you for you   would corrupt   people with your   Islam Islamic tendencies     and   your   depraved thought”. Later, the Pope issued a decree to imprison me in (Mary Mena) monastery in Al-Nattrun Village

The monk was praying :

They took   me blindfolded where the monks received me very strangely and tormented me badly while I was not Muslim yet, each one beat   me with a stick and said : “this is the punishment to whomever sell his religion and his church”.

They tormented me with all methods which still have effects on my body and it is the best witness that I am true. Even their inhuman morals admited them to enter a broom stich in my buttocks   seven times daily at the monk’s prayrs time for 97 days, and they ordered me to watch over     the pigs.

After three months they took me to the most important   monk in order to   reproach me and to advise me , on meeting him he said   : (my son .. certainly Allah shall not make the reward of anyone who does his (righteous) deeds in the most perfect manner to be lost, be patiant and ask the reward from Allah. And whosoever fears Allah and keeps his duty to Him, He will make a way for him to get out (from every difficulty) And He will provide him from (sources) he never could imagine . I thought this speech is neither   from the Bible nor from the saints’speech( these were the Holy Quran words )

I remained astonished because of his words and I became more astonished when he said : “my son I advise you to be silent and and keep matters confidential till the truth   is disclosed , no matter how long it takes”. I wondered what he means by this speech as long as he is the monk.

It did not take a long time that I understood the meaning of these confusing words. One morning I knocked at the door of his room to awake him up, but he delayed in opening the door so I pushed it and entered. To my great surprise   , the 65-year old man with the white beard   was doing the Moslem prayer of dawn this incident   was the light of my guidance to this true religoin ,which is the religion of monotheism .

When I saw this scene I freezed in my place but quickly I came to my sense   and closed the door lest anyone else should see the monk doing the Islamic prayer . Then he approached and said : “my son Keep what you see secret , don't unfold it , May God help you   !

I have been on that way for 23 years , the Holy Quran is my spiritual   nourishment , praising God's oneness fills y spiritual vacuum   , worshipping God , the Ever-subduing , and the true should be followed , my son " A few days later ,   the Pope gave his   orders   to let me back to my church along with my   alienating   me from Suhaaj to Assiutt but what happened to me such as Al-Ekhlass (Fidelity) Chapter, the holy confessional and the monk who held on his Islam, affected my soul very much but what could I do with this siege of parents, relatives and wife   and   forbidding me   to go out of   the church by the pope's   order.

A missionary Journey :

One year later, I received a letter ,which I had   enclosed later   in   the file of professing Islam   in The Security Department of Al-Sharkiah-( a city in ARE)   , ordering me to go to Sudan as a head to a missionary committee to Sudan . On the first of Septamber, 1979, we had been in   Sudan for three months , and the direction of the pope was   that every one profess   Christianity     would receive 35 thousand Egyptian pounds except the species assistance. Under pressure and poverty , the Committee could deceive a bout 35 persons

After I gave them the Papacy grant, I called the Pope from Omdarman archdiocese to tell him and he said : “take them to see the Christian Sanctuaries in Egypt ,they went out of Sudan as a workers with false labor contracts to cultivate camel, sheep and pigs and that was they way we bring them to Egypt .

,During the voyage , I decided to have a look on   the new christians . when I opened the door of the cabinet 14 ,, I found the the new Christian   Abd Al-Maseeh (former Muhammad Adam) praying the Muslim prayer,,,,,

,I talked to him and found him holding , ,on very much with his Islamic creed that neither money nor the ephemeral allurement of,  ,the new life affected him,  ,. One hour later I sent to him one of the christianizers and , ,to bring him to my room,  ,,after the christianizer had gone out , I said : “Abd Al-Maseeh, why did you pray the Muslims’prayer after you became a christian”, he said : “I sold my body for you for your money but my heart, soul and mind are for Allah , the true and ever –subduing and that I would never sold them for the whole world treasure , and I am witness before you that there is no , ,God but Allah and Muhammad is His messenger”.

,After all these events that illuminated to me the way of believing in God , ,and guided me to embrace Islam, I faced many problems to profess Islam,  ,because I am a chief priest and the chief of missionary , ,committee in Africa, and they tried to prevent that as much as possible , ,, ,because this was a great scandal for them.,,,

,I went to many Security , ,Department in order to profess Islam but because of their fear about the national unity the department of Al-Sharkiah brought a group of priests and archbishops to stay with me and this , ,is common in Egypt for any one wants to embrace Islam.,,,

,The committee ,including , ,four priests and three archbishops ,threatened me that they would,  ,take all my money and my movable and portable properties. Also my properties in the National Bank of Egypt- Suhaj and Assiutt branch which was about four million Egyptian pounds, three shop for gold jewels , workshop for gold manufacturing in the Yahoud avenue and a building of eleven floors number (499 Bour Saied Street in Cairo.) So, I gave up all of them because nothing is , ,,worth a moment of regret that I felt at the holy confession.,
,,subsequently, the church antagonized me and outlawed my blood . My brother and my cousins tried to kill me and , ,they actually , ,shouted me in Cairo and hurt my left kidney which was amputated , ,on 7/1/1987 at Al-Kassr Al-Eani hospital and the accident was registered in the record number 1762/1986 in Kassr Al-Neel section Cairo secure department on 11/11/1986.

I became with one kidney and the ureter became narrow after the kidney was , ,inflated,  ,by the Creator's power who made it to do the function of two   kidenies. Because of ,  ,my hard circumistances after the church had taken every thing and the medical reports insisted on the need to make a renal pelvis plastic surgery and an ureter widening. And because I did not have the expenses , more than 15 surgeries were   done ,including the prostate but non of them was succeeded   because it was not the required surgery according to the reports. When my parents knew that I became a Muslim, they commited a suicide and burned themselves alive , Allah is the supporter.

Faked false claims and fallacies about Islam come to surface from time to time , these emanate from either ignorance or done on purpose .Such offences and impugnation are sharp daggers directed to the body and the heart of the Moslem with the aim of turning the Moslem into a wreckage that could be easily looted and enslaved . These unfruitful frequent attempts always synchronize with the crusades wars ; the last of these vile attack was that of the present Pope .In this offence , he says:

(1)Islam is nothing but a religion that conflicts with mind and intellect

(2)It is a religion that inspire violence ,and even encourages it through the verses of Jihad .

(3)Through his praise of the Christian thought and its Holy Book we can understand what he means by the true religion and the true book- the true religion is Christianity and the true book is the Bible .

As to the Quran and Islam , as the pope states ,it is a man-made book authored by a Bedouin who was obsessed by the grandiosity of attaining the authority at his time – He means prophet Mohummed.

As the pope alleges that hecalls for the dialogue that is based on reasoning  and intellect and that he respects   " mind" , we will set up a dialogue with him ,caring only about the intellectual way of  thought of the pope and in the same time we will not care about the Pope himself  though every pope follows his example and lead . In our dialogue with the Pope , we proclaim  our belief in the Torah , the Bile , Moses , Jesus and all the other prophets .These were true books in the time of these prophets  , Moreover we do appreciate and value highly  Mary , the mother of Jesus – this is  a fixed doctrine in Islam .

The Dialogue

A Question to the Pope " Do you believe in God and in all His qualities of perfection ?

The pope "   yes , I do – can a pope be asked such   an axiomatic question . you should apologize ……

(2) Do you believe in the fact that God   has cherished and vouchsafed His worshippers , that is by sending prophets   to them conveying His messages?

The pope " Off course , I do . the Old Testament followed by the New Testament and the inspired Books and the Acts give evident to that .

Can God , The Wise and the Most merciful send different messages to his servants ?

The pope " that is impossible because different messages will lead people to nothing   but going astray and conflicting   , and God , the Wise , the Most compassionate and Merciful   is far above doing such a thing . All His messages imply one common thing ,which people should follow .

If you believe in the succession of messages ,that is , you believe in the Torah as the Old Testament and the Bible as the New testament ,why don't you believe in the Holy   Quran as the Last Testament ?!!

The Pope : There   is no need for that because the message was sealed by the two Testaments and any other thing   is nothing but hoax man-made message aiming   at attaining worldly authority ,assuming the name of the religion .

What are the reasons that   make   you believe that Quran is not the final seal Book ,that is well –protected and preserved by God ?

  The Pope : Because there are   points of contradictions between what the human mind states and the Holy Quran . Quran and Islam lead to   bloodshed and violence by instigating people to do so , so Islam   is at variance with the way of the Merciful God , who was crucified and died for our sake . So God is love , moreover the indications of the Holy Quran runs in inconformity with mind and freedom .

Moreover , Islam did not spread because of cogency and love ,rather it was spread by compulsion   and bloodshed   - take into your account what terror the Islamic fundamentalism school is   giving to the world .

(6)Do you have evidence from Quran to that ?

Yes , Bing weak and helpless , the prophet called for peace assuming the fact that no compel in religion   and when he became strong he called for bloodshed by putting the Jihad verses into effect .

Do you consider fighting the infidel warrior , who misled humanity and spread havoc, corruption, assassination terrorism ?!!

Don't you think that fighting them block the ways of terrorism and bloodshed ?

      Isn't it   better to eliminate the blast cells and   the diseased ones to keep the body safe and sound ?   

The pope : we don't have room for war in our religion even with   our enemies – in our religion whoever slam you on your check , turn the other one for him ( to slam ) and also whoever curse you or insult you , ask God to bless him !!!

What about Jesus words in the Bible ?!!!

He says " Do you think that I have come to give peace on earth? No, I tell you, but rather division .."

  And also Jesus says "   Both thy bondmen, and thy bondmaids, which thou shalt have, shall be of the heathen that are round about you; of them shall ye buy bondmen and bondmaids.Moreover of the children of the strangers that do sojourn among you, of them shall ye buy, and of their families that are with you, which they begat in your land: and they shall be your possession.
And ye shall take them as an inheritance for your children after you, to inherit them for a possession; they shall be your bondmen for ever: but over your brethren the children of Israel, ye shall not rule one over another with rigour.   ( Leviticus : 25:44-46)

....give thee for an inheritance, thou shalt save alive nothing that breatheth:
But thou shalt utterly destroy them; namely, the Hittites, and the Amorites, the Canaanites, and the Perizzites, the Hivites, and the Jebusites; as the LORD thy God hath commanded thee:

In this text , there is no other choice before the nations that at variance , either they accept the complete slavery as the slaves of a king , who would do anything even if it was the torture till death or they would receive  total genocide of   every breathing creature

Also , in the Holy Book , you sense the smell of racialism in every part :

: For thou art an holy people unto the LORD thy God: the LORD thy God hath chosen thee to be a special people unto himself, above all people that are upon the face of the earth. (Deuteronomy, chapter 7 -1)

And here is another text :

Thou shalt not lend upon usury to thy brother; usury of money, usury of victuals, usury of any thing that is lent upon usury:
Unto a stranger thou mayest lend upon usury; but unto thy brother thou shalt not lend upon usury: that the LORD thy God may bless thee in all that thou settest thine hand to in the land whither thou goest to possess it. (Deuternomy 23: 19-20)

There are also many verses that call for killing children ,old  men , women and even animals , let alone women raping .

This is what is written in your Holy Book and still put into effect in the ancient and new  crusades wars in Bosnia , Indonesia , Sabra and Shetela ( in Lebanon )

In Islam the main base ( no compulsion in religion ) is still in effect and fighting is a must against the infidel who spread havoc and infidelity in the earth and this is one of the features of the war in Islam

The main aim of wars, in Islam , is to liberate man from the darkness of being a slave to idols , tyrannies and devils and to lead him to the freedom of being a servant to God , the Lord of the world ( without compulsion in religion )

Among the morals of war that Islam imposes or as prophet Mohummed says "No woman is to be killed ; no weak young man is to be killed; No old man is to be killed , No trees is to be drowned , no tree is to be uprooted , no house is to be demolished . Moreover , prophet Mohummed even charges his companions ,concerning the prisoners , saying "  Give the prisoner (under your control )  a good treatment , don't leave them without water , don't leave them in the heat of the sun as they have already suffered the heat of the battle " . The ethics in the Holy Quran regards the good treatment of the prisoner as worshipping and submission to God . God says in the Holy Quran in this concern what means "

"And feed with food the needy wretch, the orphan and the prisoner, for love of Him

It is your turn Pope , Just compare with your civilized mind ,that is inlaid with the colours of different cultures and civilizations , between the war ethics in Islam and your new crusade racial wars that are heavily armed with mass-destruction weapons ;these wars that took from the distorted verses in the holy book a rule and justification to loot and usurp and even eliminate the helpless nations.

The transgressions or the inroad made by some persecuted people ,who are ostensibly Moslems, are justrepercussion and a reaction to the conspiracies weaved underhand and the suppression ensued from the equivocal look of the world civilization.

So now , you assuming the cloth of the knowledgeable philosopher or at least you are supposed to know the meaning of humanity , what is your commentary on the following questions ?

What will happen if a free believer in God and all His prophets, including Jesus , Moses and the pure Mary is persecuted ?

What should he do if his land is occupied ?

What should he do if he finds his mother or wife raped ?

What should he do if he finds himself all of sudden living in Diaspora ?

What will happen if he finds his true religion insulted ?

Can he be a criminal if this persecuted suppressed man defended his right in life ?

the criminal is ,undoubtedly, the man who occupies the land ;the man who ravishes; the man who loots the wealth ;the man who attacks the true religion !!

If you are with a love-replete heart and of a wise mind and an apologist of an overflowing love religion , you are supposed  not to attack the looted oppressed people ; those people who believe in God and His Holy Books and His prophets and His angels , Those who appreciate and respect Mary . Those who defended the Christians and defended their lives , honour , property and even created for them a democratic atmosphere to choose their religions , those who kept their churches and temples safe and sound  for thousand of years and even still doing that !!!

Instead of heaping more injustice and fuelling hatred against  them , you had better address the leader of destructive crusades war who ,in the name of religion , have wrecked havoc  killing people and uprooting vegetation and killing livestock and  disgracing people and poisoning the environment .

Tell them that the oil of the world that they loot will not be equal a moment in the hellfire for and that God , the True King and Lord of the world does not like oppression , robbery in the name of what so ever called in your eye the Holy.

Taking into consideration that you are the inspired Pope with the kind heart and the man who respect dialogue and the freedom of thought , I call you to give our mind a chance to judge depending on the democracy of thought and rejecting fanaticism .

Let's put before the free mind all the books that every denomination calls it the Sole God's free Holy Book ,that should be followed without any restraints or restrictions . No doubt there is similarity in some matters between these books while they are at variance in certain points .

The Holy Quran  rejects the concept of Trinity and reject God's incarnation and regarding or depicting Jesus as God ,on the contrary, your religion approves that but even outlaws whoever rejects that . Quran attributes to God all the qualities of perfection while your Holy Books ascribe to him some human imperfection on certain occasions .Moreover your Holy Books charges the prophets with adultery even with their daughters, not only that  , but it goes to depict them as heavy drunkards  , assassins and idols worshippers .

Islam turns down racism and equalizes all people and put them on equal footing ; prophet Mohummed says "  No superiority to the Arab over the Non-Arab , and vice verse , only piousness give that superiority " and God says in the Holy Quran in this concern what means  " let there be no hostility except against wrongdoers." [2-193] , on contrary to that , your  holy texts  implies but even recommend racial discrimination and  eliminating the dissidents and those who dare to oppose .

Here , the Quran addresses man taking him from the seen world to the world of the Unseen ,which seems to him as if it is seen . God says in the Holy Quran what means Lo! In the creation of the heavens and the earth and (in) the difference of night and day are tokens (of His sovereignty) for men of understanding . Such as remember Allah, standing, sitting, and reclining, and consider the creation of the heavens and the earth, (and say): Our Lord! Thou createdst not this in vain. Glory be to Thee! Preserve us from the doom of Fire " (3:190-191)

The Quran addresses the specialized scientists in the different branches of science with  scientific facts in the Holy verses, that were revealed more than one thousand years ago , these facts   haven been discovered only  nowadays . These facts led the famous French scientist of surgery  Mouric Boculle to prostrate before the greatness and the uniqueness of the Holy Quran  and profess  Islam and later he authored a famou  book entitled " The Quran , the Bible , the Torah and the science " , this book has been translated into many different languages . Keth Moore , the most famous scientists of embryology , also has prostrated  before the greatness of the Holy Quran and has embraced Islam . Later he aired a programme on the Canadian TV about the embryology in the Holy Quran, saying  " what the Holy Quran has said  about the different successive stages of the embryo  is in conformity with what has been discovered recently , that is , the newly-discovered facts concerning embryology .

Having studied  the world Quranic constitution , Doctor Mourad Hofmann , the  Spokesman of the NATO  , said , before the members of the organization that Islam is the safety safety band to the world civilization in the sea of life . Dr Mourad , having studied Islam , found in it the lost world constitution that could make a balance between man and his psyche and between the individuals in  society and between man and the universe and many other things .

The Holy Quran is   ,in this connection , a unique incomparable Book and Islam as a religion can not be substituted as it is unique or matchless

If you take a newly-published copy of the Holy Quran and compare it with another 500-hundred year old copy or even with a one thousand –year old codex , you will find no difference , you will find every letter , every word and every sentence the same . I dare you to apply the same criterion on your Holy Book and you know the reason !!!

You are now supposed to know the sole eternal preserved Book without distortion and you are supposed to know which final seal religion is !! , that religion is the safety band or would like to be among those whom the Holy Quran describes as (Will they then not meditate on the Quran, or are there locks on the hearts?)

Dear Pope ,

I ask you to compare between all the available holy texts that you can get and then I ask you to compare between them with the Holy Quran in the following cases

1-the case of Deity

on studying this point , you will find that the Holy Quran , from the first word till the last word , is the sole Book that deems God far above any imperfection .

2- the case of prophets

As to this point , the Holy Quran stands alone in deeming God's prophet –His messages conveyers – far above the sins , the hard tests and adultery . To know what I mean you have to check your Holy texts to see how far they go in depicting God's prophet badly .

3-The case of human rights:

If you ponder about the verses of Quran you will see how Islam has protected the human economic rights and the security rights . Islam endorses all the aspects of the human rights even if the concerned people are enemies .

4-The case of the world peace and the world security

As to the world peace and security , Islam stands alone in maintaining the world peace to the extent that it is the safety band for the modern civilization by all means .

5- the case of addressing different cultures :

There is no room for superstition or myths or augury or imposture in Islam ; Islam has addressed the different cultures , Islam has addressed the simple Bedouin man along with the specialized scientist . Quran takes the mind in an intellectual journey from the seen world to the door of the unseen to look over it as if he sees the world of the Unseen , and as a result , the human mind will not find any difficulty in believing in God , His Books , His messengers and the Day of Judgment

Dear Pope ,

I wish you would seek the help of your compatriot Mourad Hofman , the professor of law and the previous spokesman of NATO . I wish you also would seek the help of your compatriot Zegreid Honeka, the world philosopher and you have many other thinkers to benefit by there experience in this concern.

Zegred Hoink is a philosopher who studied Islam along with its history . She has understood the veracity that Islam is characterized by , Moreover , she recorded in one of her famous Books  " Islam was underestimated out of fanaticism and narrowmindedness . She said " Pope Orpan the second wanted to achieve ,for himself , political aims and base vile worldly oppressing ambitions , so he began to unite the dissident churches in the east with the aim of pouncing upon the peaceful Moslems cities , to do this , he shouted and screamed in front of the jobless soldiers saying " the heathen Moslems are demolishing the grave of Jesus and vandalizing The Church of the Holy Sepulchre and persecute your Christian brethrens killing and looting them .

To fuel the spirit of war the pope used reverberating phrases and words to urge them saying "get ready to purify your sacred places and save your brethrens and liberating the land from those rough infidel criminals. "  In fact , the pope was prejudiced and criminal as the Moslem were on good terms with the others . Moslem pledged themselves to save the lives and the properties of the of the others  . there churches were mended and their sacred building  were preserved and remained open to their pilgrims .The priests actually succeeded in fuelling the spiral of war , so the armies moved conquering the lands ;wrecking havoc and assassinating children , women and old people to the extent that the land was submerged in blood and that will be mentioned in detail in another study.

Honeka , the German historian ,has shed the light on the psychological preparation that the imposter pope made to further his crimes that beggars description .

He charged the evil-spirited priests to spread rumors of depicting the Moslems as criminals , infidels and terrorists who were vandalizing the grave of Jesus and destroying the church and conquering the land and persecuting the Christians , meanwhile , he was calling for the help of the jobless young men to participate in the war and to uphold the Lord and purify the land from theheathens

The same thing is happening now . Military crusades campaigns led by priests are on the scene ; The true Book of God is facing draconian campaign to make people suspect the divine source of God's Book and fallacies are weaved about it along with his The prophet and his family. Ongoing international campaign to accuse Islam of terrorism are weaved just to launch a new world war against Islam or at least gaining theworld support for that . In the same time outcries are heard from time to time saying " Help! The Christians are assassinated , looted and persecuted !!their churched are vandalized !! All of these are so false that some thinker says " the situation of the minority has become better than that of the  majority , meaning by the situation the economic and the scientific welfare along with human rights . A joke -now is repeated – says the Moslem majority will bring a suit against the minority .

You should have taken the lead of your mate Zegrad Honka when she studiedthe authenticated sources of Islam and made a comparison between the undistorted Book ( the Noble Quran ) and the distorted bibles , do the same and then tell the truth as she did and remember that all the worldly crowns will be forgotten in a minute in the hellfire and never forget that you will soon stand alone before God to be reckoned

It is out of my love and appreciation to your philosophical mind and your tender heart I have written this short essay .

God says in the Holy Quran in this concern what means "Say: (It is) the truth from the Lord of you (all). Then whosoever will, let him believe, and whosoever will, let him disbelieve. Lo! We have prepared for disbelievers Fire. Its tent encloseth them. If they ask for showers, they will be showered with water like to molten lead which burneth the faces. Calamitous the drink and ill the resting place" [18:29]

Women convert to Islam !

This are some stories of women who led such an aimless life and sheltered nearly in the dark seeking the guiding light of the sun, the earthly life was all what they cared about and could ever think of .They ventured to have a step ahead and walk out of where they used to be…they converted to Islam.. the stories of such women are very much a like as they all had experienced the meaning of faith and belief.

           It was not an easy way for them , but rather long ,tiring and full of doubts and some times skepticism. They had to get through many of  their own battles to reach the end of the road. However, at the end they were the victorious, they defeated both their evil  souls and prior concepts and got into the gate of Islam where no place is found for ignorance , confusion or perplexity . It is where time is counted by the believing heart beats rather than hours. They were the chosen ones to experience such a moment of truth  which inspired their bodies with power and their soul with an overwhelming peaceful emotions and their mind with reason. They eventually realized that the earthly life is predominated by God , the One , and they testified that there is no God , but Allah ,the One and that Muhammad (PBUP) is his prophet. We introduce their stories to those who yearn to taste the sweetness of believing in God,  hoping that He, the Almighty, blesses their souls wherever they are and bestows His mercy upon them.

Saboura Ureapa

Mariah Alastra is an intellectual who was born in 1949 at Andalusia. She obtained a university degree in Philosophy and Psychology at Madrid University. She converted to Islam in 1978. she worked as the manager for the authentication and publishing center in the Islamic Council. She published an article titled “ a Muslim in the global village!!” in 1998 and she was killed by an anti-Islam Spanish man few minutes later and thus gained the name of a martyr. The following are snatches of what she wrote in the article:

“ I believe in God , the one , and further I  believe that Muhammad (PBUH) is His prophet and His messenger, and I believe in all his teachings, which call for peace and welfare…….In Islam , man is born free and pure , not sinful or bearing any inherited stigma. He is born to perform his role in life and just to follow his fate and destiny. “

“ It is true that some of us belong to the Arab nation, however  Arabic is related to all of us by one means or another and it occupies some special place inside each one of us, as the Holy Quran was written in Arabic and it was the tool which the Prophet Muhammad(PBUH) utilized to impart his message.”

“Upbringing is considered one of the most important protecting factors  against the flow of faked media, since our press is infected by some news which is to be regarded untrue. This is because some of the dominant powers believe that it is an easy task to control over panic citizens and further make them believe in whatever is dictated. “

May God bestows mercy upon her soul and considers her as one of the  good devoted worshipers… 

Mariam Gameela

Margaret Marquis is an American writer with Jewish origins. She authored many books , some of which are: Islam  Facing the West , My Journey from Infidelity to Belief , Islam and Renovations , Islam through theory and application . the following are some of her ideas:

“ Islam has put an end to all my questions and skepticism about death and life. I think that Islam is the only way that we may track to find out the truth and it is the healing power to our soul. “ 

“ when I first read the Holy Quran , I realized that faith is not just important for life , yet it is the life itself. In every time I read more and more about Islam I realize how Islam helped the Arab nation to be one of the greatest nations ever. This nation ,which managed at one time to predominate the entire world.”

“  we can not comprehend the Holy Quran without considering the prophet’s teachings , in other words the Sunna. I think those who do not believe in Sunna, do not believe in Quran as well..”

“ Muslim women shall realize how lucky they are as Islam’s dictations come to keep their sanctities and dignity as well. Islam provides them protection against all kinds of violation whether to their private life or to their chastity. In Islam, all the rights have been given to ensure of permanence the family.”

Salma Bouafair ( Soufi Bouafair )- M.D in teaching French and mathematics

      The story of this woman is an extraordinary example of the long tiring intellectual journey through which those who converted to Islam always  undergo . She embodies the  real challenging will and introduces a good courageous intellectual mind which is to be considered the finest kind of courage at all. She proudly narrated her story as follows:

“ I was born in 1971 in Montreal, Canada. I was grown up within a religious Catholic family , so I used to go to church until I was 14 years old when I started to have my personal questions about our Creator and the different religions. From my point of view, I recognized my questions as easy and logical but they were rather difficult and confusing for those whom I used to ask. I remember some of those questions. I wondered that if God can send us good and evil , if it is He who can give and forbid ….. so why can not we just ask Him for whatever we want by ourselves ??? why there have to be a mediator between God and us !!…. Why do we have to ask the priest ?? won’t God hear us when we talk directly to Him ?? and so many other questions but again with no convincing answers. Thus I stopped attending the church and I no longer could ever hear the pointless ,unconvincing stories of the priests.

       I have always believed in God and in His power and in His  greatness, so I have studied different religions seeking for any convincing answers for my endless questions but again I could not find what I was looking for… I was so confused and distracted until I started my university. There I came to know a Muslim young man , who introduced Islam to me. I was so overwhelmed as it was an easy way to track the answers for my doubts and questions. It took me a whole year just to study such a religion, and the result was that I was obsessed by Islam to the bones. I was further overwhelmed when I saw how the Moslems -in their prayers- adoringly prostrate themselves to God, it is some thing I could not find in any other religion. I was obsessed by such touching movements which the worshipper performs... they convey nothing but peace of mind , politeness and a perfect act of worship, it seems as if he really feels that he is at the hands of God.

       I started attending the mosque where I could find many other Canadian Muslim sisters, who encouraged me to follow my track to Islam. I wore the veil in an attempt to test my will, and two weeks later came the true moment when I testified that there are no other gods but Allah, the One, and that Muhammad (PBUH) is His prophet and messenger.

Islam ,which has put me on the way of the young Muslim, has also bound us with the sacred bond of marriage. It was God's wish to make him my companion in life and in my journey to the spiritual world of Islam.”

Evelyn Copfield 

She is a British writer and poet. She wrote some related books to Islam; some of which are  “In quest of God”  and “Morals”. She stated that:

“ it is very hard for me to determine when I was impressed by Islam and made up my mine to embrace Islam , my true religion. I even think that I was born Muslim. When I first entered the mosque of prophet Muhammad(PBUH) , I felt an overwhelming shiver running through my body, I took off my shoes and I headed for an isolated place where I established my Dawn prayer. I sank in such a spiritual world and I wondered how Merciful God  is and how great is that man who He send to guide the entire nation to the light of faith !!! I even thought how God bestowed all kinds of good and welfare to humanity!”

“I hurried to meet the prophet wearing my best scent

But it was no other than the scent of Medina!!

I could barely see

that there was no one but me

So, I set my soul free 

And adoringly I prostrated

suddenly ,

I found my soul flying so high

It even transcended the sky

And left away with my heavy earthly body

This is my beloved Medina

This is where I feel secure, glory, serenity and purity”

“I believe that we are not sinful by instinct and we need neither to obtain salvation nor mediator between us and God ,who can behold us whenever and wherever we are.”

I would like to invoke the words of the poet Ackasnta Travnicova, who mastered Arabic to the extent of poetic creativity, to end that blessing journey:

Deprive me of my house and  grazing ground,

Take my words and writing ink ,

But give me some thing I can hold on to

Some thing to shelter with in the judgment day

Brother, leave away the pointless arguments

And just join me to say the truth …

Let’s make it loud and resound in the dark

World , we are not here to tyrannize ,

But rather to impart welfare ,prayers and invocating God

Only then , it would be the day of heaven

An American professor specialized in  math  has already embraced Islam and authored The  book of " the conflict for belief " , in which he wrote about the story of his converting into Islam . He has lately published his book " Even Angels ask " and " the Journey of Islam to America "

DR Geoffrey says " it was a small room without any furniture , no decoration on its dry wall –just only a red carpet was there . There was a small window through which the sun rays  peeped. There ,we stood in arraying and I was standing in the third row. I did not know any of them . We bowed in a regular way till our forehead touch the ground  .it was an atmosphere of tranquility and repose where quietude filled the place . on finishing , I looked forward to find some one wearing a white gown standing under the window…..then I get up – it was a dream"

I had this dream several times within the past ten years and every time I get up , I feel myself in high spirit .

In Saint Francisco university , I got acquainted with an Arab student , whom I taught and the bonds of our friendship got stronger . He gave me a copy of the holy Quran as a present and when I read it for the first time , I felt that it was the Holy Quran itself that reads me.....
One day I decided to visit this student in the mosque of the university . I went downstairs and stood at the door . I was trying to control myself  and I hesitated too much – my legs were unable to carry me – I stretched my hand to the knob of the door and  I began to tremble so I raced upstairs again .

I felt defeated and thought about coming back again to my office  , a few seconds filled with secrets forced me to look at the sky , ten years passed through which I resist to supplicate God – now this resistance came  to an end and  I began  to supplicate God so dearly .

"Oh , My God!  If You want me to go into this mosque , grant me the power to do so !" so I began to go downstairs and pushed the door and inside I saw two young men talking , I greeted him and they replied .One of them asked me saying " Do you want to know something about Islam?" I answered in affirmative and after a long discussion about Islam I expressed the wish to embrace Islam .

The Imam said asking me to repeat after him " say " I testify  …" and I said " I testify .." and added saying " there is no God " and I said repeating " there is no God - I believed in this phrase during my life time before this moment – but Allah and I repeated and then he added saying " and  I testify that Mohummed is God's apostle " and I repeated after him ; these words were just like the drops of clear water over a burning throat of a man who is about   to die of thirst .I will never forget the moment in which I  articulated these words for the first time in my life ; to me it was the most  crucial moment in my life; not only that but also  it was the strongest and the most disenthralled moment in my lifetime .

Two days later I learnt how to do the Friday prayer . On the following Friday and while we were doing the second Rakaa and the Imam was reciting verses from the holy Quran and we all were behind him standing in arraying  with shoulders in touch with each other  and we were prostrating as if we all we were one body with our foreheads on the red carpet and an atmosphere of quietude and response enwraps  the place .

  The Imam was in white dress standing under a window through which the sun rays peep into the room.

My heart shouted : it is the dream ( coming true ) , it is the same dream …..I wondered …."Am I having the same dream ? " ,and my eyes flew with tears . Then the imam said " Peace be upon you " declaring the end of the prayer . I sat gazing at the grey walls! I was overwhelmed by a blend of fear and reverence when my heart felt the meaning of love for the first time – that love that you can not experience unless you come back to God . 

My God !! With my soul's tear , with my heart's deep

With love in my heart streams

I implore thee,

have pleasure with me

With adore ,  I seek thy love

The hum of my soul that ever made my self indeed

Is " I do love thee (2)

Later Dr Geoffrey was showered with questions about the secrets behind his Islam .

He answered saying " I have been suffering the pain of the spiritual emptiness and I have been ready to fill this spiritual emptiness . So God , the  Merciful and the well-knowing , took my hand to Islam and I became a Moslem .

Before Islam , I have never experienced the meaning of love , but after reading Quran , I felt a wide flow of mercy and love filling my soul and I began to feel uninterrupted overflowing love towards God . So what led me to the Islam is the Juggernaut of love towards God .[3]

Islam is the complete submission to God's will and it is the way that can take you to a degree of untold sublimity and to a state so high of tranquility and peace of mind . It is the thrust of the human potentialities . It is voluntary submission of the body , the mind , the heart and the soul to God . [4]

The holy Quran has captivated me and overpowered my heart and led me to the complete submission to God . When you read the holy Quran , you feel that your soul is progressively ascend till you come to the utmost degree where you find your self standing alone before God [5] . If you take Quran seriously , you can't read it with deep thinking . you feel as if it lays blame on you; as if it has rights that you are entitled to do . you feel that it argues with you ; criticize you ; embarrass you and even challenge you .

I was on the other way and it is clear that the Originator of the Holy Quran knows me much more than I do ….The Quran seemed always that it preceded me in my thought and it gave answers to my questions , every night I stayed up late thinking about the holy Quran putting my questions and objections  and on the following day I find the persuasive answers to my questions and objections …. I discovered my self , have seen myself face to face on the pages of the holy Quran [6].

Having embraced Islam , I overexerted  my self attending the prayers to listen to the reciting of the Holy Quran though I did not know Arabic . When I was asked why I do that , I answered saying " why does a suckling baby   feel at ease on hearing his mother's voice . I wish  to live under this protection for ever."[7]

The prayer is the main daily criterion that measure the degree of the believer's submission to God . how beautiful feelings you have when you prostrate yourself to the ground , when you do that you feel as if you were raised to the paradise breathing its air that is filled with fragrance , you feel as if you are about to be raised high above the ground to be in the arms of the Sublime love .[8]

The prayer of dawn is among the most exciting prayers . There is a motive that pushes you towake up at dawn to listen to Quran verses filling the quietude of the night . you feel then that you are leaving the world to travel with the angels to worship God "[9]

Let's finish our talk about Dr Geofry Lang with one of his intimate discourse to God "  Oh my God , let me die and perish before I go the way of darkness and unbelief , Oh my God I can't live to breathe out just one breath without your love and the belief in You !!" [10]

Susan Carland grew up in the Vermont area and has happy memories of her childhood. "It's funny how much I try and imitate my experience of childhood with my daughter. I even take her to the lakes my mother took me, to feed the ducks."

We are sitting in her home. She wears a denim skirt, a long-sleeved T-shirt, a blue headscarf. Until recently, she drove a bubblegum-pink VW Beetle called Gus. She has a bright, expressive energy and a sense of humour consistent with the fact that she lists Rik Mayall of The Young Ones among her formative influences. But she is also tired. Her 10-month-old daughter Aisha wakes often in the night.

Her parents divorced when she was seven; she went to live with her mother whom she describes as strong and loving, and the biggest influence on her life.

Her mother's religious ideas now are to be found in radical Christian thinkers such as American Bishop John Shelby Spong, but, when Susan was a child, her parents belonged to the Uniting Church. She started Sunday School but gave it away aged about 12 to watch Video Hits. "I always believed in God," she says. "I always felt a desire to know God."

Around 14 she joined a "funky, happy, clappy church" that was part of the charismatic movement. Around her, people were claiming to speak in tongues and announcing that God had spoken to them in the night. These experiences were alien to her. She found the confusion arising from this notion of knowing God "all-encompassing".

Otherwise, she pursued a normal adolescence, attending ballet classes, going to the Big Day Out. She topped the class in biology and English.

At the age of 17, one of her New Year's resolutions was "to investigate other religions". Islam was not high on her list. "It looked violent, sexist and foreign." All she knew about Islam was a sentence in a children's encyclopedia and the movie, Not Without My Daughter. Afterwards her mother said: "I don't care if you marry a drug dealer, but don't marry a Muslim."

She doesn't know whether she found Islam or Islam found her. She'd turn on the television and find herself watching a program on it. Newspaper and magazine articles caught her eye. Privately, she began studying the religion and came across "a gentleness I never expected to find". Importantly, Islam appealed to her intellectually. "It didn't have that intellectual divide between mind and body and soul that I had found in Christianity."

Having made her decision to convert, she steeled herself to tell friends and family, particularly her mother, putting off the moment. Fate intervened one night when her mother announced they were having pork chops for dinner. "My mother gave me a hug," she recalls, "but she was crying." A few days later, she began wearing a headscarf.

She says the importance of the headscarf is greatly exaggerated, but "Islam touches every aspect of your life. To me, it's a tangible reminder of being close to God." She says it also makes Muslim women flag-bearers, or ambassadors, for Islam.

She says she "met a lot of anger" becoming a Muslim. Some of her old friends disappeared. Now, five years later, aged 24, she has friends who are both Muslim and non-Muslim and an Australian-born Muslim husband who barracks for Richmond. She has degrees in arts and science from Monash University and would like to become a sociologist.

She believes it is her lot in life to never fit in. Her headscarf means she attracts occasional rude comments in the street and lots of stares. She's thinking of getting a T-shirt printed with the words: "If you keep staring I might do a trick." At the same time, she has found herself in disputes within the Muslim community on the role of women.

Her honors thesis is on women's access to the mosque. "There's been a gradual exclusion of female scholars in Islam. Originally, there were many, but that's been eroded. Islamic scholarship has become dominated by men from patriarchal cultures."

At times, she says she has been let down by certain attitudes within the Muslim community on issues of gender and race. She believes that what she and a growing number of Islamic feminists around the world are arguing for is the authentic Islam. "These are issues of justice. Men should be angry about them as well. What sort of a man places his security on the subjugation of women?"

She is active within the Muslim community, speaking on its behalf in churches and non-Muslim schools, and working with refugees.

When told she had won the Muslim of the Year title, a prize worth $2000 to be distributed to charities of her choice, she accepted on two conditions: that she would spend the money in Australia and give to non-Muslim as well as Muslim organisations.

Susan Carland's life hasn't been straightforward, but she says she has become used to not fitting in. She has never regretted converting to Islam
